Hello there!

It’s me! Fátima Valentini, R.H.N, founder of The Holistica Shop. Many of you know me as “Fatima Holistica.” I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Herbalist.

As far back as I can remember, I have always had an overwhelming love for all things Holistic Health and Herbalism. From helping my family with our annual herb garden, taking part in a local community garden, studying Natural Nutrition, Biodynamic Agriculture and Herbalism internationally, it’s easy to say that the natural world has been my passion since day one! This has now lead me to create my own herbal wellness line of nourishing herbal wellness products, intended to support your mind, body and soul. This is important to me because I truly believe that living a long, happy and healthy life is not just solely what we eat or how much we exercise, but a holistic fuse of all that is outside and within you. Internally and externally. For those who seek my advice, my ultimate goal is to assist them on their own health journey, and help them embellish their most happy, healthy and optimal selves! 

All of my herbal products are of the highest quality and sourced from local Canadian farmers who practice wildcrafting and sustainable growing. I have prepared them to work harmoniously, to complement your well-being, all while catering to you with the right nourishment you are searching for! Each and every product is made in-house in small batches; using sustainable resources, and created with the out most love and intention.

Being involved in this industry for over 10+ years, lead me to look deeper in what I choose to consume, and how much variety there is in living a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, I focus on sharing my vision on realistic holistic health tips, natural herbal products/recipes, and more!

Nature heals more than the physical body. She helps us open our hearts, reconnect us with spirit, and guide us in developing respectful and joyous relationships with the natural world. Mother Earth's herbal medicine chest is full of healing and medicinal herbs of incomparable worth, so may we continue to thrive and heal together!
