NEW PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES :

In most cases, we process and package orders within 1-3 business days (Mon.- Fri., excluding weekends and federal holidays.) This time window does NOT include the shipping method you select at check-out. Please keep this in mind when you make your purchase. We work very passionately, day in and day out, to process and package all orders in a timely manner. As we honour our fast shipping dispatch dates, we also cannot guarantee shipping delivery times during busy seasons.

Canada & USA : 5-7 business days. (Most often earlier if within Ontario, Canada)

We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Tracking number(s) will be provided upon fulfillment and included in follow up email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. (Upon Management Approval.)

Taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Our policies state that once orders are confirmed via Squarespace, we start processing and packaging order(s), therefore if cancellations are needed, they can be done so within 24 hours via email. This is depending on the specific situation, and approved by The Holistica Shop. Please contact us as soon as possible, to prevent mishaps, and so we can serve you in a timely manner.

We cannot be held responsible for damage(s) during shipping. Nor are we liable for any damages or seizures by customs officials.

ALL BUYERS are responsible for accurate delivery/shipping information. Once order is shipped, your mailing address cannot be edited. Please double check before checkout to avoid any delays/mishaps.

**All packages being shipped to apartment buildings/shared residence: You may contact your local post office and request your package(s) be held for pickup instead of being left in an un-secure area. If your building has known theft issues and your package cannot fit inside a secure box, this will help insure all your future deliveries are safe!

If your package is lost and does not arrive, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement. REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED if your package is refused by Canada Post and returns to us with intact sealed contents, we will issue a refund for the contents but not the shipping. When you place an order, it is assumed that you have read and accepted our shipping policy.
